Carbonara pasta with smoked bacon

Ingredients:

400 g pasta; 100 g butter; 200 g bacon; a green salad; 150 ml cream; salt; white pepper; 200 g cheese;

Preparation:

Bring to boil pasta in salted water. After cooking, remove the screen and go through some cold water jets do not stick together.

Separately, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, in a bowl, giving the cheese grater, then add to the pan with the sauce from the heat. Mix well until they get a creamy sauce.

Place slices of bacon to fry in pan greased with a little sunflower oil. Once you have browned on both sides, remove to a plate to drain.

Pasta carbonara sauce mix with smoked bacon and serve topped with lettuce leaves.
