Ingredients:
1 boiled beef with bone; 1 onion; 1 leek thread; 1 parsley root; 1 celery root; 2 carrots; 1-2 peppers; 1 pepper; 500 g tomatoes; 1 bunch celery green; 1 bunch parsley; two peppers; 1 bunch tarragon; 100 ml cream; salt; pepper; 2-3 teaspoons of sunflower oil;
Preparation:
Piece of boiled rinse thoroughly. Put to boil in water with a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile, peel vegetables, wash and put to boil in a row for soup with boiled. Place 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil and cook over medium heat, covered with a lid.
Tomatoes are cooked, peel off the skin and passes. Strain juice and cook separately. Allow to give in 2-3 boiled and finally, add chilli, finely chopped and minced celery.
Remove meat cooked with vegetables in strainer. Cut the meat cubes, celery and carrots too, and add the soup. Place tomato juice and still gives some boil. Serve decorated with tarragon and cream.
